Pyeongtaek Kim Hoon Basketball Class promotes a Korea-Japan youth exchange event in June

Pyeongtaek Kim Hoon Basketball Class is preparing for a Korea-Japan youth basketball exchange match. 

Assist For You (Assist For Youth) project, which is underway for the development of youth basketball in Korea from 2022. The Pyeongtaek Kim Hoon Basketball Class, which is participating in this project, is preparing for an exchange match with a Japanese team in Fukuoka, Japan in June. 

The Pyeongtaek Kim Hoon Basketball Class, led by Director Hyeong-Hoon Hyung, continues to participate in various youth basketball competitions as well as 3×3 competitions and is developing its internal stability. Pyeongtaek Kim Hoon Basketball Class, which has been running a basketball class for nearly 10 years in Pyeongtaek, a basketball wasteland, has established itself as the backbone of Pyeongtaek. 

In addition to training itself, the Pyeongtaek Kim Hoon Basketball Class, which provides various experiences to children by interacting with youths in the nearby US military base, has prepared a local exchange match in Fukuoka, Japan in June. 

In December of last year, the Pyeongtaek Kim Hoon Basketball Class, which had an exchange match with a Japanese youth team once in Korea, decided to promote an exchange match with Japan once again due to the relationship at the time. 

After the exchange match last year, “I want to provide more opportunities for children to experience if the opportunity arises in the future. I am worried about Corona 19, but if the situation improves, I will increase exchanges with overseas teams and try to give children good memories.” Director Hyeong-hoon Hyeong, who promised steady international exchange exhibitions. 

Director Yu, who has kept his promise in a shorter time than expected, plans to visit Fukuoka, Japan, in June to hold a Korea-Japan youth exchange event and various events. 

The Pyeongtaek Kim Hoon Basketball Class, which plans to provide good opportunities to children through a visit to Japan, plans to hold an exchange match for middle school players. 

Director Yoo said, “With the help of my acquaintances, I had the opportunity to visit Fukuoka, Japan, and hold an exchange match. A plan has just been established, and there are still details to be coordinated, such as recruiting players. However, it is a good opportunity for the children and our basketball class. I will prepare as well as I can so that the children can have a good experience.” 

The exchange event, which will be held from 2 nights 3 days to 3 nights 4 days, will be decided depending on the size of the participating players.
